On a lubuntu next install I tried to install offline following this
testcase on an hp laptop that had previously worked with lubuntu and
secure boot.

I've confirmed that this test fails with xfsprogs 4.3.0 in xenial and
zesty, and passes with xfsprogs 4.9.0 in artful.
