With the weigher, you shouldn't be able to "take down" anything. You may
stack a lot more instances on the non-error-reporting hosts, but once
those are full, the scheduler will try one fo the hosts reporting
errors, and as soon as one succeeds there, the score resets to zero. So

As soon as I attach an external monitor over VGA, my touchpad loses precision:

Binary package hint: hfsplus
When I attempt to open() as a directory a name which is actually a file,
the correct result is -1. For example, in my system (ext4) partition
(IOBug.java is a test file in the working directory; this is the strace
-f output):
[pid 2994]
Looking more closely at my configuration, it appears that this is a
problem in hfsprogs, not hfsplus. hfsplus is not installed.
Here's the version info for hfsprogs:

What I wonder is what changed too, because when desktop effects first
appeared several versions ago, I was able to use VNC and everything
worked perfectly. (I think it was about a year ago that it stopped
working). So at some point the handling for this changed in a way
that open source drivers
I find it frankly kind of embarrassing that this still doesn't work.
At very least there should be some kind of text around enabling
desktop effects that tells you that VNC will not work properly. This
functionality worked a few versions ago using both binary and open
source drivers, but has
