that the mouse wheel sometimes operates the window

problem, I saw that update-manager had taken a snapshot before

This is actually a more serious usability issue than it might first
appear as it caused an issue at my office where since the lock screen
shows my backdrop, and it never turns the screen off... I have to use
the corporate backdrop until it's fixed. Is there a way to make the

my work machine is not the graphics adapter, it's the fact that I
actively lock my desktop and generally do not on my laptop... the issue

similar results... I now cannot install due to dependency issues of a
different type... is there a bug logged separately for these elsewhere,
