There is a golang-github-containers-image/5.10.3-1ubuntu1 regression in hirsute which is not directly caused by docker.io but it is blocking it. The tests are failing only on arm64, ppc64el and s390x due to LTO. The simple fix here is disabling LTO in this package. ** Also affects:
