I just figured out, that it also happens when I change resolution, or
when I change screen rotation. Cursor appears, when I start write

Try downgrade to distribution kernel version or to 2.6.32. And try
this:http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1309072 or try this:
comment the ath_pci blacklist in /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-ath_pci.conf.
check if ath9k (or ath5k) is loaded in /etc/modules
echo ath9k | sudo tee -a /etc/modules
Not at all. But I am not sure, whether this is a bug or feature of
compiz fusion.

Hello, try ccompletely uninstall firefox and flash player(in terminal:sudo
apt-get purge firefox flash*) , and also type this to terminal :
cd ~
rm -rf .adobe .mozilla
It shoud help you. If not please submit output(without quotes) of : lspci -v |
grep audio and cat /proc/asound/modules and
Do you have Compiz Fusion enabled? If yes, then install Compiz Config
Settings Manager(or not if it is already installed)- in terminal write:
sudo apt-get install ccsm Then open it (press Alt+F2, write ccsm). In
general options disable Hide skip taskbar windows option.
