It happened many more times since... I booted my desktop in recovery mode ( kernel 2.6.20-16-generic ) and it freezed during "disk mounted 29 times without check..." at 79% or something. I've runned memtest today but everything was fine. Isn't it a kernel bug? Now I'm booting kernel 2.6.20-15-g
