The difference between the working and the non-working kde-l10n-* package seems
to be that the working has /usr/share/locale/[LOCALE] directory, and the
non-working has /usr/share/locale-kdelibs4/[LOCALE] where [LOCALE] is my locale

are no hotspots and the checkbox Enable wireless is unchecked allways. When I
