I have removed the linux-headers-3.9.0-030900rc5 package and after rebooting the system I selected the new kernel. Assuming that this make sense ( linux-headers-3.9.0-030900rc5 is not installed) the system seems not freezing. Waiting for your answer to my previous post and for your validation

This is to answer all request provided so far: 1) when I run Linux 3.2.0-39 the system freeze and there is no chance to gather debugging information from terminal using apport-collect. 2) I can use the apport-collect when I run linux 3.2.0-38-generic and I get the system error documented above.
