sudo /etc/init.d/bluetooth stop
before suspend/hibernate and a
sudo /etc/init.d/bluetooth start
after the suspend/hibernate, my bluetooth will work correctly.

I solved! it was an ACPI problem, thus nothing to be changed or set in linux. I
had to disable all ACPI features of the BIOS.

An interesting update. Running xmoto (some motorbike game) and then
quitting it usually helps and mouse is again operational. Is it possible
that some flash program running inside a browser 'grabs' mouse focus and
doesn't let it go?

I reformatted another drive with ext3 and now everything deletes like it
is supposed to. I'm going to try to reformat it to ntfs now to see what
