[Bug 955272] Re: resize2fs fail with very large disks from small source image
The workaround is to create a 128M journal via mkfs.ext4 -J size=128 which is the size of journal generally created on a 20G disk anyway. This costs 24k blocks (96M) on a 1G partition - which is about 10% of the free blocks available. [Bug 870404] Re: When navigating Dash by keyboard, sometimes titles with no function are incorrectly focused
Discussions and ideas have been in the mailing list and nothing has happened . The fact is there is no centric development forum where good ideas will stick until someone implements them or disproves them good . At least in this or similar cases I think it's good to have the design ideas here , so they are closely related to the bug itself , and it's easier to make the connection . [Bug 955896] [NEW] [multi-monitor] On NVidia, launcher best placed on left-most monitor (not primary)
Public bug reported: On a Multi-monitor setup, using NVidia graphics closed-driver. It is possible to have no primary monitor set One can set up two screens as follows: - on the right, a laptop screen (most likely seen as first by the driver) - on the left, an external monitor Currently Unity2D will place launcher on left of the 'first' monitor. In this case, it makes best sense to have launcher placed on the left- most screen. (Unity does this) If you set the primary monitor in nvidia-settings, then all works ok. ** Affects: unity-2d Importance: Medium Status: Confirmed ** Affects: unity-2d (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Changed in: unity-2d Milestone: None = 5.8 ** Changed in: unity-2d Importance: Undecided = Medium ** Changed in: unity-2d Status: New = Confirmed ** Also affects: unity-2d (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/955896 Title: [multi-monitor] On NVidia, launcher best placed on left-most monitor (not primary) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity-2d/+bug/955896/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
