I wonder what ist done to prevent any other Lenovo über to run into that

L3 HA: multiple agents are active at the same time

Are you running it in a chroot? Could it be bug #1630025?
Also, could you share your /etc/default/bind9? The only thing that
update did was source that file before starting the service. The
previous version was ignoring that file entirely, and now it's not, so
you might have been running bind9
