The Ubuntu Installer sets the wrong language locale when some timezones
are set/automatically set for example when I set the language to English
and set the timezone to Nairobi GMT+3, the locale that is set is not an
English locale but a non-English one which is Oromo-KE
No, on Ubuntu, Kubuntu or any Ubuntu flavor `apport-collect` I would
expect to run without issues or errors. I have encountered situations
where I've used `sudo` to get around permissions issues with `ubuntu-

For different reasons I switched to Manjaro. On that distribution I
installed a package that got the fingerprint scanner working. The
package is: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/libfprint-vfs0097-git
Beware though, it depends on an older version of libfprint.
