Ubuntu AWS kernel, I noticed that I couldn't open and analyze any of the
generated crash dumps.
Researching into this I found the problem to be that the makedumpfile

Thanks for your proposal for enabling this feature in exim4.
Offhand, this sounds like something that would be better implemented by
Debian, as there might be packaging or configuration considerations
required beyond simply enabling the makefile option. Once it's fixed in
Debian

It's been a year and a half since I submitted this bug, I was on kernel
5.6.0 (mainstream from kernel.org) and now I'm on 5.13.19 and this error
is no longer showing at boot time.

Hello, I am still having this issue. Adding amdgpu.dc=0 to the grub
config "fixes" it, but with the side-effect that startup text is
illegible (for some reason). This would make it hard if I ever had to
