I get this error whether I install the package or if I compile myself. I

1. Enable focus follows mouse
2. Have two gedit windows open
3. Put mouse over one and start typing
4. Hit Alt-Tab to select the other gedit window
Expected Behavior (Ubuntu 10.04):
During step 3, text goes to window under mouse
During Step 4, text goes to window select

Every once in a while since upgrading from 10.04 to 11.04 my computer
will hang on shutdown while showing a text console. This isn't fun for
when shutting down unattended.

Steps to reproduce:
- Launch audacious with the skinned interface.
- Close your laptop lid so that the screen goes off, wait around 10 seconds.
- Open the laptop lid, the screen should go back on.
- Every UI control is frozen, restarting X is necessary.

Exact same problem in current build of 11.10
Trying to install numpy:
python2.7 setup.py install works well
But in the virtual environment
mkvirtualenv test --no-site-packages -p python2.7
python2.7 setup.py install
fails with the same error message.

Okay, this is specific to my using the lowlatency kernel /and/ having
lowlatency-requiring apps running at the time of the user switch. If
either of these conditions is not met, the switch goes through fine.
I'll have to change this bug out, and I understand that this makes the
