As a quick (and absolutely proper) fix, Terminator should change the
shebang lines from #!/usr/bin/python to #!/usr/bin/python2.
Sooner or later it would be nice to port to python3.

New Ubuntu Flash drive 1604 LTS from Ubuntu.
Installation crashes after drive selection for dual OS install. It also
crashes for full reformat install with same errors.
My system is brand new and tested on multiple levels, all hardware is
