Sergio. I've just noticed that the floppy desktop icon has now appeared. It
must be that initially something is not set up correctly (see attached
screenshot). If I click on Floppy drive in Nautilus, the message 'Unable to
mount location' , 'No medium in the drive' is displayed. If I click on
I agree as I've installed it on an AMD64 with no problems. See also

In Karmic kernel 2.6.31-14 the same thing happens, but in Jaunty kernel
2.6.28-14 I get a mounting problem message on a specific floppy
(attached). I'm able to mount other floppies afterwards with no problems
in Jaunty.

Sorry for the delay in feedback. This problem does not occur in Jaunty
2.6.28-13 or Karmic 2.6.31-2 kernels. I may have some other DVD bugs but I need

I've just done a reinstall of the 2.6.28-11 kernel and upgraded to the
-13 kernel (a new download of Kubuntu). With both the original 180.44
driver and the new 185.18.14 one I still get this problem. I don't know
if this is related but all my open tasks show on the taskbar of every
workspace.

I've just tried to simulate the same problem with Jaunty, without success.
Kernel is 2.6.28-11-generic i686. Evolution version is 2.26.1. Regarding
emails, how many can I keep in Evolution (I have over 500 in the version that
fails) ? The difference between the two is that the failing version I
Jaunty kernel 2.6.28-11-generic (i686) with f-spot version 0.5.0.3 has the same
problem.
Plug in a camera and f-spot I download some files from a camera with f-spot
saving them in the default (home) folder. I run the slide show and everything
is fine. Close f-spot. Now open Nautilus and rename
Problem resolved. For some reason search was active. Searching for white space
fixed the problem.

Please re-open this bug as again it no longer works in Jaunty kernel 2.6.28.11
(for some reason). Packages are as follows:
bluetooth 4.32-0ubuntu4
bluez 4.32-0ubuntu4
bluez-alsa
In Jaunty kernel 2.6.28-11-generic 32 bit both mainwindow-state=hidden
and mainwindow-state=iconified do not work as liferea is just launched
as it would if just issuing 'liferea' in terminal. Liferea version is
1.4.26.

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
on Jaunty Ubuntu. Packages are
ii python3-minimal 3.0.1-0ubuntu3
This problem is now resolved for me in Jaunty Kubuntu as of today after
performing an update and dist-upgrade.

Whenever I open a file with gedit, I get a number of error messages about it's
theme:

This error has now been fixed. If I right-click on the the bluetooth applet and
select 'send to device' I receive a file on my K800i phone. If I open Nautilus
