Ok, that alert needs fixing, not least because it disgracefully asks
that you Please do not remove the media or disconnect the drive when
it knows very well that you already have. (See also bug 325315.) It has
nothing to do with libindicate, though.

disconnect/eject, it should be a progress window rather than a
notification *or* an alert box.
