No, I would say this is different from RGBA trashing. This happens

Ok suspend is working for me again with linux-image-2.6.24-19.33ubuntu6.
But I can't be 100% sure because there was no LRM so I was running in
safe mode.

I'll set file-roller to confirmed. I don't think it's a p7zip bug though
because I can't reproduce this from the command line or with using a
different archive manager such as Xarchiver. It seems that file-roller
isn't parsing the space properly.
** Changed in: file-roller (Ubuntu)
Status:
Tested again with -19 kernel and LRM this time, suspend still working
perfectly. I wasn't able to reproduce the sudo reboot issue either.

Actually I was able to get splashy working by activating the framebuffer.
You need to add vesafb and fbcon (without the quotes) to
/etc/initramfs-tools/modules
and un-blacklist vesafb from /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-framebuffer
Update the initramfs
sudo update-initramfs -u
and add the vga=xxx line
Adding the NvAGP option to my xorg.conf made suspend work correctly,
however that option seems have a downside in that it causes a
performance drop. Everything is a bit more sluggish feeling with that
option. If I remove it, everything goes back to normal, however then
suspend doesn't work.

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: easytag-aac
Easytag-aac crashes on Hardy when attempting to capitalize the first letter or
each word in file.
Steps to reproduce
1. Open Easytag and select an mp3 file to edit
2. Right click in any one of the fields and select First letter uppercase of
Creating the unload_modules file did not work. The only thing that was
different was that on resume the hard drive light was constantly on, but
I couldn't hear any activity. Screen was still off, nothing responded to
any input.

Yes, this is not fixed. It still happens if there is a space in the path
to the file(s). I'll set this back to New for now.

Still present in 2.6.24-19. If anything is plugged into my USB hub, the
resume from suspend process hangs at a blank screen with a blinking
cursor and does not respond. As others have mentioned unloading ehci_hcd
before suspending fixes the problem.

[Hardy] [regression] ehci_hcd.ko breaks
I can confirm this. Adding an SSHFS mount to fstab works fine but when
you try to unmount it by right clicking on the disk on the desktop and
selecting Unmount Volume it gives an error that mount disagrees with
fstab

In hardy, sshfs /etc/mtab and /etc/fstab do not match, umount and unmount
Since the interface has been redesigned (starting with 0.4.3 I think) I
can't reproduce this anymore since some of the options for the page
layout are not present any more, therefore not all of the steps to
reproduce this can be performed. I think it's fixed.

I can confirm the driver from Hardy Proposed fixes this problem. I
reverted the workaround before updating the driver to make sure it would
work for someone that didn't do the workaround. And it's working fine
now, no more crashes.
