The bug is that even if "12:00:00" seems to be correctly recorded, the
next time you open "Adjust Date and Time...", the +/- menus will be

Thanks for the link to the specification. Indeed it shows that the "at"
word is not to be shown.
Well, we'll have to stick to it but I don't understand why they don't
want to see "at" between the action and the date. Maybe to avoid some
technical or translation issues.
