No! That bug is reffered to karmic. I don't have any problem in karmic. I am having it on lucid from alpha2 to rc. Plus I have tried the terminal way (alt+F2/3/4/5/6): sudo shutdown -P now, sudo shutdown -h now, sudo /etc/rc0.d/S90halt stop and it reboots again, without having ANY error
