I have been wrestling with it on Ubuntu and other distros for TO long
now!!
The latest is just the final straw!!
I have redone my PC to have 10.4 on and loaded VMServer on (with all the
patches!! I found on the internte to get it

disk full of viruses to blow up his pc... oh, it seems that's been coming as
default since Windows 3.11 for crappy RM workstations.

Não entendi: escrito em Java pra Windows? Se é java, é multiplataforma.
Poderia me dizer qual Java está instalado no seu computador? Me parece
que você está com um Java opensource instalado, mas seu programa exige
o Sun (hoje Oracle) Java.
Tive as mesmas mensagens de erro
Estive dando uma olhada no Software e ele é desenvolvido para rodar em java,
mas como requisito ele exige windows. Com certeza deve ser um .exe, não
consegui baixar o mesmo porque exige um prévio cadastro e é para
pessoas jurídicas.
Qual versão você está tentando instalar? A com jre ou a sem jre

Доброго всем времени суток. Есть ик приемник IRmate 410w, и есть трабл в
незнании как его установить на ubuntu 10.04) Посоветуйте, как их подружить,
а то в гугле как то все кисло.. Неделю искал, плюнул, сегодня пошел и купил
запчасти для самостоятельного сбора ик приемника на ком порту, но надежда
хм.. интересно) а не подскажете, что то я на сайте не очень понял - если я
захочу ее на работе установить - покупать, али как? Как я понял - это опять
