Using the power cog menu to open System Settings works if it is either
not already open, or nothing has been selected. Otherwise, even if you
are in the main view, it will not appear, but the Unity Launcher entry

My precise issue was that input devices aren't shown in the Sound

No tab completion for HUD.

Confirmed. Composing a new message from the message menu will open
Thunderbirds composer regardless of what email client is set as default.
This is slightly annoying when using the HUD, since you then can't
benefit from the indicators the way you're supposed to.

I have Thunderbird with Ligtning. I've added a reminder.
I was reading a page in Firefox (maximized) when the reminder would
appear. This causes the main Thunderbird window (also maximized) to be
visible instad of Firefox, with the reminder dialog focused. I would
