"Congo foreign minister Maitre Shibangu Kalala said a UPDF soldier identified as Salim Byaruh-anga was captured and Awori went to Kinshasa and interviewed him in jail. The UPDF has, however, maintained that it does not have Byaruh-anga in its records and that it went to the DRC in self-defence."
