glibc 2.3.6 but I think that your problems are more related to missing
libraries on the host. Others had suggested that when you are doing a
few builds you should rm -rf stage1 to remove old libraries.
Maybe you can try debian 4.0?

Hi,
I am a really newbie to the unattended Install Script.
I have many computers to be installed unattended. Every installation is
planned via a webbased interface. How is it possible to serve a unattend.txt
for every computer to serve different usernames, IP-addresses and so on?
Thank you for
yes I designed an interface in php.
But I am now standing in front of the problem to tell my
computers what they should do and how. I don't really know how I send my
generated unattend.txt to the computers.
Another Problem might be that there are different installations requirements

Well I don't know what you want to do now.
There's another project called Unattended-gui which uses PHP as an interface to
install PCs.

Well,
When you build the software requiere libraries. On debian you should
make sure that has the build-dependencies package installed
I do not know about redhat sorry.
Okay that's right but I'm actually using my skript for different projects
like installing solaris and linux via FAI and so on. So my thought was it to
use it also for unattended. And I am accually hanging on, while serving the
computers, which should be installed via
unattended, the unattend.txt.

Are you planning using fai and unattended together. I would like to hear
your experiences on that.

Thanks for all you tips! I will have a look at the topics mentioned above!
Probably you will hear more from me later;)
By the way I am actualy using the linuxboot so it would probably not be the
biggest problem to generate the config files but rather to serve them to the
computers. But I think I
I'm not that far into the installation procedure of windows, but I'm sure you
can find something in the perl scripts of the unattended project or the linux
bash scripts from unattended-gui.
Sorry, but I can't help more.

I don't really get your question!?
Where's the problem?
You already have a webbased interface for installing clients?
