Greg, the SSID is Spotty Dogs 5, so no special characters, just a blank
between Spotty and Dogs and Dogs and 5.
It is a 5GHz network.
Two different dongles, both needed to have SSID, password and Country
Code entered.
Would you like me to go back to 3.5 and run it again and I will take
more

Hi Wirrunna,
This shouldn't be the case??? Most of my test pCP's are wifi only.
Can
Heads up for wireless in-situ updates - there are extra parameters to be
entered requiring a wired connection before the piCorePlayer will
connect to the network using the wifi dongle.
Apart from that, two upgrades went amazingly smoothly, it also was
simpler than the 3.50 upgrade as I didn't

We changed the squeezelite page in an attempt to only show the volume
mixers. I don't have a wolfson card to play with.
After you install the cirrus configuration files. Does the squeezelite
page work again?

I have the Wolfson Card (old Model) with the Model B, When I enable the
Wolfson Card. The Squeezelite page will cut off at Unmute ALSA
control(partial page). I have to switch to Advanced mode instead of
Beta mode to save my configuration. Other than this, everything is
working.
Did a clean install on a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ of Audio version
running a Meridian Explorer 2 DAC plus USB Hard Drive plus WiFi setup
and everything is working fine
Eyerex's Profile:
I would take a look at pCP 3.5.0 or the newly released 4.0.0 beta. That
will do a full AP Mode setup now, and for sure will run LMS with just
the AP running.
The only catch is the original setup on a zero. You really need to
temporarily connect a USB ethernet device for initial configuration.

Thats what I wanted to see ian. Thanks, will fix it for the next
release.
It's obviously a typo on their part.
The IQaudIO DAC boards are: IQaudIODAC
And the DIGI boards are: IQAudIODigi
Way to confuse your customers.

I note my neighbour, man in a van has reported something similar,

I had a similar issue when trying to update from 3.22 to 4.0.0. I can
confirm that, for me, updating from 3.22 to 3.5 and then updating from
3.5 to 4.0.0

Ditto here, except for error in device name I reported in the 3.5 thread
a few days ago.
Device name should be:
-sysdefault:CARD=IQAudIODigi- (Note the capitalisation of the "A")
not:
-hw:CARD=IQaudIODigi-
