Yes. I'd had the 1.3.1 alpha from Triode installed, and I just
installed iPlayer Extras to see if that helped (it didn't seem to).
To discount the effect of the DAC and USB Audio I switched to Analog
output but the stream is still played slow. It should be possible to

Yes, its a DACMagic. No selector as there is only a single USB input.
The led indicator lights show the input frequency so it strongly implies
it is coming through at 44.1 rather than 48 (it upsamples everything to
24/192 internally before conversion).
