Hi Jayanth,
The system VM public IP is not accessible from the KVM host machine and when I
am trying to open the console from the from GUI, it is not happening.
I created an internal network with VLAN and it is routed. The kvm and ms is
connected with its gateway and the ssvm also connected
Hello Bharath,
I don't know if this helps, but one of the other ways is to register the ISO
from the URL. You can also have a VM with a web server to host ISOs or use some
already accessible URL.
Not sure what you exactly mean by backend, but you should be able to upload
ISOs as long as your

Hi All,
Can we upload ISO from backend?
Thanks and Regards,

Hi All,
I've created a 4.19.0.0
+1 (binding) based on a series of tests I've done with Advanced Zones
and VMWare.

Hi,
While doing some last tests before production I noticed there is no option to
download a vm snapshot (including memory if saved), now for some law
enforcement cases they will request such a snapshot with memory (after proper
warrants of course). How to download these in this case? Even if
Hi Wei
Thanks for the info, we decided to proxy the SSVM connections through a load
balancer and forward the requests on the SSL/TLS Port of the SSVM.
That works like a charm for our environment.

What Kiran said, and in addition to that make sure you have the right
drivers in the VM templates (ie virtio_blk, virtio_net etc).
Virt-v2v might help here:

Hi Bharat and Marc,
I was able to reproduce the issue and verified that the PR fixes the issue (
https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/8264)
- Update global setting `use.https.to.upload` to `false`
- stop/start SSVM or recreate it
- upload template/iso from local
As mentioned before, it
Hi Wei and Marc,
The major issue is unable to upload ISO but when I open the console of system
vm’s, the console was not opening. I think the reason behind this is the VM
able to communicate to MS but MS can’t.

Hi Francisco
The xcp zone templates will in vhd format. In order for them to work with KVM
zone they have to be in qcow2 format
You can try to use the qemu-img tool to convert them to qcow2 format

Good morning guys,
I have a doubt regarding a matter. If I copy all templates, such as Ubuntu
and Windows, from an XCP zone to a KVM zone, is it possible to make them
work? Or do I need to create new templates for the KVM zone?
Thank you in advance

Hi Marcus,
Thanks for sharing the details.
I couldn't find any errors with saml in the log, below are the logs after
enabling saml. Not sure if that's saml config issue.

Is the IP 10.1.10.11 the IP of the SSVM and can you reach https://10.1.10.11/
from your client device? From personal experience, if your SSVM is not
configure to use SSL/TLS, you will not be able to use the local upload feature.
This part of the documentation describes this:
Hi Marc,
I encountered below error,

Cloudstack UI is SSL configured but SSVM is not (have to use myurl.example.com
or example.com).

Hi Bharat
What kind of errors / messages do you have in the Console (F12 Key) of your
Browser? Do you connect through SSL to your Cloudstack Web UI and is the SSVM
configured to use TLS/SSL?
Cheers

Hi all,
we are using 2 compute offerings, called offering1 and offering2. Both
offerings are "Custom constrained" with similar values for cpu and memory.
Both offerings are using the same disk offering.
The only difference is that offering1 used host tag "group1" and offering2
uses host tag
