Hi Alex,
I found that ACS supports Dell Powerflex. Is this a good option?
I am not sure whether it has been fully tested.
Best regards

In my opinion, this instance should been restart on another host. But it was
not.
Maybe I have some issues with the configuration.
Still in the process of continuously seeking answers.
Best regards.
Leo.

Hi Leo,
And what exactly are you trying to test? Which workload?
Why did you choose sequential reads of 4k? How many workers did you setup?
Thanks

Hi Alex,
Meanwhile, I have communicated with Dell about PowerFlex. Maybe it is more
suitable for providing good performance with CloudStack for databases than NFS.
As you can see, I like CloudStack and want to use it more and more in our
company.
Best regards.

Hi,
By the ESXi test, I have installed a single ESXi on a machine.
By the Cloudstack test, I used the KVM.
Best regards.

Hi,
Tanks.
"NFS on CloudStack" means using NFS as primary storage and running VMs on it.
We will running PostgreSQL and apps on the cluster.
Only one worker at a time.
Is there something wrong with my testing methods?
Best regards.

Hi,
Thanks.
Yes, I have tried to disable NFS 4 in storage and use vers=3 to mount the
storage, but the performance difference is no more than 5%.
Best regards.

image. The VM root disk is not resetting on
shutdown/reboot. I looked through the CloudStack source code but don't see
anything obvious as to what would make the disks reset on shutdown/reboot.
Is there something else I need to do to make this work? Is this a feature only
on specific hypervisors?
Thank-you,

Us (1 vCPU for each potential connection) as each connection gobbles up an
entire core's worth of CPU.

this is even a problem.
Is this a potential bug with the cloud/proxy service?

- What is the VM placement rate? i.e. How many VMs create requests can be
submitted and how fast does the scheduler process these requests?
- Any pros or limitations compared to other cloud softwares like
OpenStack or Kubernetes others?

Hello,
When listing virtual machine instances with `cmk list virtualmachines` or when
viewing the instances under the web UI, the default ordering doesn't make sense.
What is it sorting on by default and can the default be changed?
Thanks!

VM can be released.
