Hi :) Sounds like it 'should' be downloading fine.  Do you already have a 2nd web-browser you can try?  Not that it's likely to make any difference.  I think trying the wired machine is smart and covers the issue of weird settings in your Chrome (which is unlikely anyway). Regards from Tom :)
