it doesn't allow a new row to be inserted,

When I use LibreOffice's Calc print dialogue and the user interface is
English I can see the "Range And Copies" options.
When the user interface language is Greek, these options does not appear on
the print dialogue.

document go down to "Open with ..." (NOT "Open"), it might be inside
