Hello Sha,
It's on Virtual Machines page, click on the VM you want to check and go to
the VM Template tab. Go down on the attributes and check NIC section for IP
address.

OpenNebula can't dynamically manage IPs or network interfaces, so the
scenario you describe can't be implemented out of the box.

Yes, in the Virtual Machines view you can select your VMs and run the
desired actions on them from the buttons on top. Just like you would do
with the CLI.

The following worked , I installed vmware on port 443 (which is not
default 8333).So virsh was trying to talk on the default https port 8333
dats y it was failing so when I changed my uri to talk on to 443 it worked.
