Wir sind ein kleiner Verlag, ich bin selbst Buchautor. Immer wieder

Offensichtlich ist das oben erwähnte Problem verbreitet, es finden sich
verschiedene Lösungsvorschläge im Internet. Ich komme jedoch nicht
zurecht damit, da im meinem iMac die File-Struktur nicht gleich ist wie
in den Anleitungen beschrieben. Ich wäre für eine einfache wirksame

Schriften werden durch das verwendete Betriebssystem zur Verfügung
gestellt, (z. B. TrueType-Schriften unter Windows, wie verdana.ttf).
Die gewünschte Schrif installieren, dann steht sie (ggf. nach Neustart von
Apache OpenOffice) zur Verfügung.

die ursprüngliche Mail ging an uns (kontakt) als PrOOo-Box. Ich habe dann
auf die Listen verwiesen. Der Absender hat die Mail nur weitergeleitet, und
der Betreff wurde nicht geändert ist hier nun schlicht unpassend und
irreführend.

ist ja schon beantwortet. Wichtig ist aber immer auf das sogenannte
Copyright achten. Nicht alle erdenklichen Schriften dürfen auch
verwendet werden.
Beispiel:
In Deinem Text darfst Du die Schrift verwenden. Unter Windows darf sie
aber nicht installiert werden.
