I forgot to mention: All the formatting attributes, colors, fonts, borders including the number format locale an the number formats, have absolutely no impact on existing cell's value nor formula results. No formatting attribute will ever change a numeric value or convert numbers to text or

My friend has 2 files that show up in the retrevial list. But retreival fails. How do you remove them? Every time the computer powers up the OO window appears showing 2 files that may be retreived. When retrieve is selected, it fails. These files were copied from Out look express, and
