Inmethod-grid's code is at

AFAIK it doesn't have ARIA support.
You can add it and make a Pull Request ;-)

But the demo doesn't have source nearby like other wicketstuff demos.
Does inmethod grid support remote sorting, or is that sorting I see
local? In a paged grid, sorting really has to be remote.

Did you look at [1]? Implementation is not complete (not all the
features of grid are implemented) but it could give you some starting
point.
