VCL: warnings for reservation timeout?

We've noticed that when a reservation times out, the system drops its public NIC off the wire without any warning. I can imagine some pretty unhappy users who lose track of time and lose work when they get cut off. Has anyone engineered some kind of warning notice for this? Thanks. -- Michael

There is a warning, or a couple of them - from the FAQ. "You will receive warnings at 10 minutes and 5 minutes before your reservation expires." IIRC, you can choose the type of notification, e.g. e-mail or ... I think you need to set this in User Preferences (which I don't remember how to access.

Michael, For users with "Send email notifications about reservations" set to Enabled under User Preferences->General Preferences, the warning emails should be sent out if the user has an email address set. Email addresses are generally populated via ldap. If you are not populating email addresse
