I just read Gary's message. What he says about stop and let it suspend is the
killer. The WRD will just kind of sit there suspended and as soon as it is
moved a bit that is when I used to get the strike.Tony

This is one from the early years of the VFB. I can't remember Dick's last
name. I want to say Stock, or Stockton. Maybe somebody here remembers.
Anyway, it is an easy fly to tie and does work well.

Tony, I was just watching your DVD’s again to get some ideas and have a
question about the White Water Demon fly. Do you (or others) report catching a
lot of crappie with that fly?? Reason I ask is because I think with that
