Depending on what you mean by available for download, host your files on http://blip.tv and embed the direct links on your site pages so people can download each format, mp4, Apple TV, iPod, 3gp, whatever. If you mean available for people to PAY YOU TO DOWNLOAD, you need a different solution. :)
