[Videolib] Security options for open stacks collections

I know that there has been some discussion on this list recently about the best kind of security case to purchase. But can anyone give me guidance on the cost effectiveness vs. security provided for either securing a DVD collection using tattle tape OR an acrylic locking case to prevent theft?
