i said i REBOOTED, not CRASHED 3x a day. i do it on
purpose to keep those crashes at bay. I also reboot as
i walk out the door to lunch or as I go to a meeting.
If you have TONS of ram (like 256 or more) the problem
of the memory leak diminishes SOMEWHAT, but it only
means that you will go longer
hat problem.
I reboot whenever I get a cup of coffee go pee which
is about 3x a day. It's the ONLY 100% guaranteed
remedy other than going to Mac OS X of course.

Just buy some good flux and a magnifying light at
Fry's. Use the flux to fix spilled solder or fused
joints youdon't want fused. Put a drop of flux on the
booboo and run your soldering iron over the booboo
really quickly - voila! no more booboo. You can also
buy extremely hot blow dryer type heate
I put a link to every page on my sit eon the first page - I have so
many pages it's getting harder for everybody to see them all.

Re: cache cards and adaptors: I have never seen either
for any Mac besides the IIcx, IIci, IIsi, and maybe a
IIvx from my recollection.

This came in handy for me today - had a client with 25 Macintosh
Performa/Performa Plus Displays. 4 of them were exhibiting flickering
screens. Voila! fixed and a new client to boot. Next week it's
