I'm sure the blurb said high-output for the usb ports, so if they can charge
the iPad, they can also charge the iPhone or Touch or whatever.
I used to charge my iPhone on my iPad adapter when I had it, but not the
other way round.
Note: I swapped the lead itself of course, but the adapter
