Hi, It is worth remembering that if the screen could be completely black while a person is not using the voice over, the phone would become, effectively, a brick! People could not even tell if the phone was switched on or off. So, even the most minimal amount of light emission from the screen

Hi Cathy, Just experimented a bit, and I found that VLC will definitely play .ogg files. Something called Ace Player will not and Voice Dream will not play ogg files either even though I was able to import an ogg file into VDR via iTunes. I will add that in VLC it is a bit difficult to use
