Hello, I am trying to create a call action item to dial a contact from my home screen using the workflow app. When I drag an action into my workflow by holding on it and dragging, the action item becomes added to the new workflow I created but I am not able to add a contact to call. What do I need

Just to let the list know what happened. We never found out how the account became disabled but the only way to get it enabled once again was to call Apple support and they were able to do this after verifying the identity of the caller. It had nothing to do with the two factor authentication.
