Actually you're wrong. T-Mobile has a unlimited hotspot plan. And I have it. If you have the T-Mobile one plan, you now have the unlimited hotspot. Now is for Verizon, Sprint, or AT I'm after sure if they have also granted this feature is well. I would have to do more research.

Hi, yes that will be correct depending on where you're getting it from. If you're getting it from the carrier, yes you will get a Sim card from the carrier. If you're giving it straight from Apple, no Sim card will be provided. You will have to go to the company of choice and get the sim card.
