Hello Reg. In iOS 11 you can opt to have the edit mode turned on or off with VoiceOver. If it is on, then you just have to flick up/down on an app or folder on a home screen and VoiceOver will announce editing. If the option is turned off, then you will have to double tap and hold to turn on

In my very biased opinion, Pages is useless on the iDevices. Possibly it could work with a Bluetooth keyboard, but unti Apple figures out how to truly make Pages work with VoiceOver so it actually reports where the heck you are in a document, I'm not sure even a keyboard would help. Richard

Zoom is a good option. All controls are accessible in Microsoft Windows as are the participant lists and chat windows. It has a dial in option. It’s especially good at cross platform operation. You may have fewer control options in IOS, but I think that’s true for anyone using the platform.
