Janet, if the attachment is an image PDF, you would have to have VOICE Dream Reader and Voice Dream Scanner. The Voice Dream Scanner app cannot access the attachments. Or, if you still have KNFB Reader, you could try it with an attachment. Though, I am doubtful it works very well now. HTH,

I have never gotten reliable results from seeing AI's bar code reader. I feel that the product has deteriorated in its performance. For me, this was to be expected, because in these instances, a product may be offered for free as a way to get people to use the product so they can test proof
