These days that seems to be about the only thing you can do with the app. It offers you the opportunity to reorder things you ordered before. the last few things you ordered are listed at the beginning of the menu choices, and there is an orders tab at the bottom where you can review previous

HI Mary, If you double tap on that weather widget, it will take you to Safari. Here, you can change the location. There is a search field that asks you for your city or zip code, and you can change it from there. You may also be asked if you want the weather widget to allow your location
