I'm actually not a member of AppleVis, but I lucked into the answer there
while doing a google search. You might recall that I had questions about the
various subscriptions to both Weather Gods and The Weather Channel iOS apps.
I couldn't find my answer via Google regarding The Weather Channel app
Yes it should be. Voice over should say it and when you go back and read the
message you should hear it.

I flicked right and left I’ll try to flick up or down and see what happens and
I even called Amazon accessibility and they weren’t very helpful either at
least I didn’t think they were but then I was losing patience too.

Ok, silly question but have you tried swiping up or down to get to a context
menu on the item to see if the add to cart has moved into some sort of a
context menu?

No, you only need to turn off screen recognition. I don't know of any negative
side affects of text recognition, other than you might be getting information
you're not interested in.

Someone mentioned making sure your navigation is set to flat, that may be what
is happening.
That setting is in the Quick Settings, If you type navigation in the search box
at the top of the settings screen, you can find it and jump right to it.
You could also use that

few recent iOS updates, I find it difficult to navigate through iPhone

The emoji button is directly below the button that switches your keyboard from
letters to numbers, so at the bottom left hand corner of the screen. Double tap
it, choose the emoji you want and double tap on it.
