Just remember that the downside of streaming services versus outright music purchase is that if you ever unsubscribe from the service, you lose access too all the music whether you downloaded it or not. I'm not clear on what happens to that music if you subscribe again later. Alan Lemly

No, you won't be close enough, NFC tags only work if your phone is a few centimeters away at best hence the name "NFC" which stands for "Near Field Communication". This is the same technology as in touchless card terminals at stores and you more or less have to touch the part of the terminal
