Rajmund, Viphone+Owner would, as the name suggests, go to Cara who is the list owner. Viphone+Moderator is meant to go to Mark who is the list moderator. Email lists usually have emails for both owners and moderators and I assume it's probably just a setting that needs to be changed so the messages
