Have you considered switching to Weather Gods? This is another paid weather app
but works a lot better than Dark Sky. I used Dark Sky for several years, but
have noticed a drop off of notifications and decreasing app quality lately. I

I find the same problem since tye latest update. The workaround i use is to
double tap on the Notifications tab and then double tap on the Forecast tab.
